A Registered Office is the official correspondence address of a company, registered with Companies House.

Every company formed in the UK must have a Registered Office address, this can be your residential address or a Virtual office address. If your business is formed at Companies House Cardiff, then the address MUST be in England and Wales.

Whenever you change your registered Office address you MUST advise Companies House by Filing a confirmation statement this can be done online or by post, If completed online you will need your company Authorisation code.
